Yep, I can't believe it either.
I'll be graduating on December 8th with a Bachelor of Science degree.
So, what now?

It's winter break! And with that break... I'm here to say... I'm okay.
I just recently figured out what "okay" is like. I must admit, it's nice!
I have been battling depression for several years. As a mass communication student and a staff member of the Northwestern News, I had the opportunity to share my story. In addition to my article in the newspaper, I posted it on my personal blog, so please feel free to read and share.

I attended the 5th annual Picture My Weekend Workshop and Photography show this weekend (my third time) and I learned so much! I enjoyed learning about topics such as DIY photography, lightning and storm photography, macro and product photography and more! Each year, participants are given a photo assignment during the lunch break. This year, the assignment was "Welcome to Alva". Alva is a small town in Oklahoma where the event is held. Photographers were to take three photos they felt represented Alva and would make others want to visit.

It's Summer in Spring!

Well, it's that time of year everybody... SUMMER BREAK! I survived finals! 
So... That means I get to focus on some projects for me for a change. I'm so excited!
Expect lots of uploads in the weeks to come. Also, I'd like to get involved in the dA community a bit more by participating in contests, doing some collaborations and maybe some features. Anyone interested in helping me out here?
Oh, and... IT'S HOT OUTSIDE. If it's triple-digit in May, I hate to see what kinds of temperatures July and August will bring...
Anyway, if there are any particular types of work you'd like to see from me or if you can suggest some contests/challenges for me to take on, I'd love to hear about them!

The semester is almost over! But with this great news comes not-so-great news. I'm getting BUSY. April seems to be the month that everything catches up with everyone. No more time to procrastinate, too much to do with too little time to do it all.
On the bright side, I got a wonderful new camera! So... I will be trying to get some great photos posted as I get a chance... Stay tuned!...
